SOAR is a registered 501c3 rescue who operates out of the state of Colorado. We are 100% foster based which means we are able to help cats in need where we have fosters available to handle the individual cat and we can have cats located all across the US. We currently only work in the US and our cats will not be shipped out of country. The majority of our cats come to us with health and/or behavioral issues so transport will be considered on a case by case basis. Please respect our requests in regards to type of home, location and transport for the individual cat you are interested before contacting us. For example, if we say a cat needs to stay in a particular place or limited transport, please do not tell us otherwise.
